At Houde, we are committed to making your online shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about the shipping of our products.

Service Areas

Houde delivers everywhere in Quebec. Please note that delivery outside Quebec is not available at this time. Some remote or hard-to-reach regions (e.g., Côte-Nord, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Kuujjuaq, etc.) may incur additional fees. In such cases, our team will contact you before shipping to confirm your agreement or cancel the order at no cost. We encourage you to contact us before ordering if you live in a remote area, to verify available delivery options.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing: 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days depending on the region.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Carriers & Delivery Options

Packages are shipped via Purolator or other trusted partners, depending on package size and destination.

Standard delivery: available throughout Quebec
Express delivery: available as an option, based on carrier rates at the time of purchase

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is not currently available at our retail locations.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned due to an invalid address or an unauthorized refusal, return fees may apply.
