Houdy mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects: e.g., a visible indentation of 1 inch (2.54 cm) or more.
• Faulty materials: e.g., a noisy spring or a structural foam issue not caused by misuse.

What’s Not Covered

• Minor sagging: Softening of 5–10% during the first year is considered normal.
• Changes in firmness over time due to regular use.
• Quilting threads and outer fabrics (textile components).
• Stains or mold, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
• Improper use or care, including inadequate support (e.g., non-compliant box spring, base without a center support beam).

Terms and Conditions

• The mattress must be used on an appropriate base (box spring or platform bed with central support).
• The warranty is non-transferable.
• If the original receipt is lost, a $25 processing fee will be charged to retrieve the purchase record.

At Houde, we believe choosing a mattress should be done with total confidence. That’s why we offer a 100-night trial on all Houdy mattresses, starting from the date of delivery.

Return Policy

• Customers must sleep on the mattress for at least 45 nights before requesting a return.
• A return authorization must be obtained from our customer service team before taking any action.
• A fixed return fee of $95 will apply.
• The mattress must be in good condition, free of stains or damage, to qualify for a refund.
• An inspection will be conducted before issuing the refund.
